Traffic-Free Riding for Everyone

The Vies Verdes (“Greenways”) are old railway lines converted into smooth, car-free cycling paths that connect Girona with the countryside and the coast. Gentle gradients, storybook villages and picnic spots every few kilometers make this the perfect family ride.

Kids ride their own bikes or tag along in a trailer — we have equipment for all ages, and our guides are experts at keeping young riders smiling.

The Route

We follow the Carrilet greenway from Girona towards the volcanic Garrotxa region or down to the sea, passing old railway stations turned cafés, stone bridges and sunflower fields. Turnaround points are flexible — the day is yours.
